This limited-edition TIAD original chocolate (pictured center) is inspired by Molton Brown's fragrance "Pink Pepper." Made with raspberry and lychee jam kneaded with pink pepper, and ginger, raspberry, and strawberry ganache cream, each piece is filled with the mellow aroma of cacao, the sweet and sour taste of raspberry, and the exotic aroma of lychee. The refreshing spiciness of the ginger complements the sweet and sour taste of the raspberry and strawberry, adding depth to the overall flavor, creating a "light sweetness" with a balanced sweetness and sourness.
But that's not all. The highlight of this chocolate is the "whole pink pepper." The tingly pink pepper pops in your mouth, adding a distinctive accent and appealing to both your taste buds and your sense of smell, leaving you with an unforgettable aftertaste that underscores its artisanal quality.
