We are pleased to announce the launch of general sales for “Haruka – Gâteau L’infini –,” the cake awarded the Bronze Prize in the Grand Gâteau Division at the 2025 Japan Cake Show Tokyo, one of the largest cake competitions in Japan, as well as our Anniversary Whole Cakes.

Reservations begin April 1 | Limited to five cakes per month

Awarded the Bronze Prize in the Grand Gâteau Division at the 2025 Japan Cake Show Tokyo, this exquisite cake reflects the sentiments, lingering impressions, and connections between people embodied in its name, “Haruka.”

The cake features twelve carefully crafted layers, combining house-made praline, yuzu, and black tea to create an artistic harmony where rich aromas and refreshing flavors beautifully intertwine.

Reservations open at 10:00 AM on the 1st of each month. Only five cakes are available per month. The cake will be handed over on your preferred date on or after the 5th.

Reservations open from 1st of March. They must be made at least 3 days before your preferred date.

A classic shortcake featuring smooth, delicately sweet fresh cream, complemented by the refreshing tartness of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions, it adds a subtle touch of elegance to your celebration. Reservations are required by phone at least 3 days prior to your preferred pickup date. Message plates are available for an additional fee.
