NEWS SHUHARI “Unagi Kaiseki (Eel kaseki cuisine)” now available

From April 2025, you can enjoy "Unagi Kaiseki (Eel kaseki cuisine)" on weekends.

The eel used is from Mikawa Isshiki. This luxurious dish is made using only female eels, which account for only 5-10% of the total catch.
Once you try it, you will be impressed by its soft texture, mellow fat, and rare flavor, which is a concentrated version of the original umami of the ingredients.
