TIAD's original pickles have been added to its lineup at la boutique de TIAD, the hotel shop on the first floor of TIAD. They are perfect for enjoying yourself or as a gift.
We offer seven different flavors in total. You may want to decorate them as interiors in your kitchen and dining room.
Quail eggs and Black Peppers
This is quite a unique pickle made with quail eggs. The black pepper adds a spicy accent, and the bay leaves balance the flavor.
Daikon Radish and Rose Petals
This pure Japanese flavor pickle is made with daikon radish, pickled plum, chopped yuzu, and dried bonito. Rose petals are added to give it a soft pink color.
Colorful Vegetable Sticks
Daikon radishes, carrots, paprika, and cucumbers became beautiful, colorful vegetable sticks with a light rosemary flavor.
Sweet Potato and Cacao Beans
We pickled sweet potatoes in a pickling liquid containing vanilla beans. Cacao beans give it a sweet taste.
Edamame Beans and Black Olives
The contrast between the light green edamame beans and the black olives is eye-catching. The deliciousness of the edamame beans spreads throughout your mouth.
Onions and Kabosu Citrus
We pickled the whole onion and added slices of kabosu citrus. This one is characterized by its impactful form.
Orange and Rosemary
